From a downtown high-rise condo to a South Austin bungalow, or a full four-bedroom heading out I-35, all eight of our lines run on one crew of W-2 movers and one rule: the flat rate goes on paper first. Each link opens pricing, an inclusions list, and the Austin-specific snags we plan around.
Eight specialties, one crew
- Local moves — hourly two- or three-person crews across the whole metro. $155/hr or $205/hr, pads and dollies in.
- Long-distance moves — a written interstate flat rate out I-35 and US-290 toward Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. The same hands that load you up meet you at the far door.
- Residential moves — SoCo bungalows, Round Rock homes, and Lakeway lakefront houses.
- Apartment and condo moves — downtown high-rises off Rainey, East Austin walk-ups, and any tower that needs its COI filed and the freight lift reserved. It’s what we do best.
- Full-pack service — a crew that hauls in the cartons, rolls out the packing paper, fills the wardrobe boxes, and stacks every one on the truck. A favorite of busy professionals and UT students.
- Piano and specialty — safes, baby grands, uprights, and heavy pieces eased through narrow high-rise hallways. Diego’s specialty.
- Short-term storage — when your two closings will not line up? We hold the load week to week inside our alarmed, gated Burnet Rd warehouse.
- Commercial and office moves — suites up at the Domain, dental and medical practices, and storefront retail.
The way pricing shakes out
In-town jobs run on the clock, and after that first hour we never stretch it. Once you cross a state line, pricing switches to a written flat figure, settled and signed before one box goes on the truck. Out-of-the-ordinary work — hoisting a piano, holding a freight elevator, running a shuttle to a downtown loading dock — each gets itemized on the estimate up front, so move day brings nothing you didn’t expect.
