- Studio or one-bed apartment: two movers, roughly 3–5 hours — near $480–$720 at $155/hr.
- Two-bedroom: two movers, about 5–8 hours — figure $820–$1,240.
- Three-bedroom: a third mover at $205/hr across 6–10 hours — around $1,350–$2,100.
- Four bedrooms and up, or a full house: a whole-day flat job, generally $2,200–$3,400 after we weigh the volume and the building access.
What the hourly already buys
Baked into that rate: the uniformed W-2 crew, the truck itself, the drive time from our yard to your door, and every dolly, furniture pad, wardrobe box and roll of shrink-wrap. Fuel and travel cost you nothing extra, and a normal elevator or staircase carries no surcharge.
