Privacy, kept simple
Read a few pages or send a quote request and this site picks up a little information. This note lays out what we collect, why we hold it, and how to have it wiped — kept brief by design. Still unclear on a point? The contact page puts you straight through to us.
The details we collect
- Everything you fill into the quote form — how to reach you, the pickup and drop-off addresses, floor and building, the date you’re aiming for, and any note that feeds into the flat rate.
- Anonymized traffic numbers — enough to tell which Austin neighborhoods and towers get read about, never pinned to a person.
- A brief call log — the date, time, and the rate we quoted; the audio itself is never recorded.
How it gets used
Your details do exactly two things and stop: build the written quote and get the crew to your door. We never pass them to lead aggregators, brokers, or directories, and nobody is collecting a referral cut behind the scenes. If a rival mover calls already knowing your particulars, that leak came from somewhere other than here.
Who else ever sees it
- A card processor runs any deposit, so complete card numbers never touch our own systems at all.
- Our insurer only ever receives a building name and address, and that only when a COI is requested for the property manager.
- Past those two, nobody. Data brokers are locked out, and remarketing never reaches beyond basic analytics.
Wiping your record
Rather we didn’t hold your form data? A note on the contact page kicks off the deletion — records clear inside five working days, and you get an email once it’s done.
Cookies and changes
This site drops a session cookie and an analytics cookie; clear both whenever and the quote form still runs fine. Should anything substantive shift, we re-date the page and reach out one-to-one to every customer sitting on an open quote.
