I built Arm Strong Quality Movers in 2013 around one rule I have never bent: the flat price we put in writing is the price you pay once the last box is in — no charges dreamed up after the truck is loaded. The trucks are ours, and every mover riding them trained under me before he ever laid hands on a customer’s sofa.
