- Interstate moves are quoted as a binding flat price, signed before the truck loads — no fuel charge sprung on you at the far end.
Licensing and what’s covered
Interstate hauls run under our US DOT and MC authority; local work sits on our Texas DMV household-goods registration. The federal released-value floor rides free on every load at 60 cents a pound per item, and you can add full-value protection insuring the shipment as high as $1,000,000. If something needs a claim, you’ve got nine months from move day to file it.
