Williamson County spreads north of Austin up I-35 and the US-183A toll — Georgetown is the seat, Round Rock carries Dell’s headquarters, and Cedar Park and Leander fill the tech-family neighborhoods climbing toward the Hill Country. From our Burnet Road yard, Bryce plots the daily truck board that reaches every last corner of the county.

From the Square to the tech corridor

  • Georgetown — the historic Square, Sun City’s active-adult streets and Wolf Ranch
  • Round Rock — Dell-area master-planned homes and La Frontera apartments
  • Cedar Park — Twin Creeks and Buttercup Creek subdivisions off US-183A
  • Leander — Travisso and Crystal Falls builds on the limestone

Master-planned or Main Street, we bring the paperwork. Marisol files the certificates of insurance the HOAs and gated communities ask for, Bryce books the move-in windows, and Trent’s crew handles the long Hill Country driveways. A single crew in company shirts handles pickup and drop-off.

Rates sit at $155/hr for two movers with the truck and $205 when a third joins, with a one-hour minimum; the flat total is signed before load-out — and nothing is billed per mile between towns. Pick a spot: Round Rock, Cedar Park or Leander — or open the service map.

Your Williamson County move on one signed sheet

A two-mover crew plus the truck runs $155/hr the moment we clock in — or lock the entire Williamson County job to one written Austin flat number that never drifts

Held freight elevators, stair-run walk-ups three floors up, Rainey Street and Lake Travis condo move-outs, the pinched downtown dock slots — Cole’s Austin movers have worked every version of the Williamson County job far too many times to bother counting.

“Had to move an old upright piano and a dozen packed crates from Round Rock to Georgetown, and Arm Strong Quality Movers handled the job like it was nothing. Cole and Diego came fully equipped with dollies, pads, and straps. They communicated every step and made sure the piano was secured properly at each stop. Anyone needing a specialty move done right should book these guys.”

“Contracted with Arm Strong Quality Movers to move a large house amount of furniture from Austin to San Antonio. Their four-man crew - Trent, Diego, Jerome, and Cole - worked steady and quickly to protect and pack two trucks full of furniture including a piano. Got to the destination and unloaded without a scratch. Recommend this local business.”

What is on the truck?

Tell us what is going — we size the crew to it and put a flat rate in writing you can hold us to.

Five steps from first call to keys in your hand

1

Send us the details

Give us the two addresses, the floors and the date; a flat figure comes back by email with nothing tucked out of sight.

2

Pick your date

You name the day. We book the elevator hold, file the certificate of insurance with the building office, and pin down the dock window.

3

We wrap and pack

Want the help? We box the whole house or just the breakables, using our own cartons, blankets and paper.

4

We load and drive

One uniformed crew works both ends — loading in Austin, unloading at the new place, no carrier handed off along the way.

5

We set you up

Every box lands in the room you tagged, beds get rebuilt, and all the used paper rides back out with us.

How move day runs with us

A steady, by-the-clock rhythm your Austin crew holds from the first knock to the final box set down.

  1. 7:00a

    Crew shows up

Uniformed movers on site at dawn, before the Texas heat climbs, with the elevator hold booked and the COI already filed at the building office.

  2. 7:45a

    Wrap & pad

Furniture blanketed and shrink-wrapped; door frames, elevator walls and lobby floors covered before anything leaves the room.

  3. 9:30a

    Load up

Everything stacked tight out through the dock or elevator, strapped down, and ticked off against the inventory sheet.

  4. 11:30a

    Drive to the new place

That same Austin crew takes the loaded truck all the way to your destination — nobody hands it off, no swap to another carrier partway.

  5. 1:30p

    Unload

Boxes go to the rooms you tagged and every piece of furniture lands right where you point.

  6. 3:30p

    Rebuild

Beds put back together, a last walkthrough with you, and every sheet of used paper hauled back out.

A note from Cole

I built Arm Strong Quality Movers in 2013 around one rule I have never bent: the flat price we put in writing is the price you pay once the last box is in — no charges dreamed up after the truck is loaded. The trucks are ours, and every mover riding them trained under me before he ever laid hands on a customer’s sofa.

A studio on the twentieth floor of a Rainey Street tower and a four-bedroom out by Lake Travis get the exact same treatment — one vetted Austin crew and one written flat rate, dock to doorstep. That is what keeps neighbors handing our name around, from South Congress condos to East Austin walk-ups.
